How can you screw up 2 large sweet teas and 2 six piece nuggets?
After a bad experience with another mcdonalds location nearby which had like half the menu available. I came here after a long drive and the service, food, and availability of everything kids and myself/partner wanted was awesome! Thank you for great service and fresh food
Service was incredibly slow. I was at the menu board for quite awhile before my order was taken and it took about 10 minutes to get my food with only 1 car in front of me. They get 3 stars because the food was very fresh.
What has happened to customer service? No smiles, one employee had her mask on and two did not and the cooks masks were not covering their nose. I had a mcmuffin and the bottom half was hard. I did not eat it. My husband enjoyed his pancakes and sausage.
The worst service. Cashier looked like she just didn’t want to be there, bad attitude and rolled her eyes at every customer that had a question. If you don’t like your job QUIT instead of ruining everyone’s morning.nWhile we were there I saw customers come in with a smile and leave with a mad face and talking about the cashier. Disappointing to think the manager from this location thinks it’s a wise decision to place an employee like her to be the face of the company as customers walk in.nRetraining employees like her on customer service should be a priority for the company’s own good.
