Normally order from here off of one of the delivery services but decided to go see for myself what Rosie's is all about. Without a question the food here is always good and you can tell it's prepared with love like it's a secret seasoning. The atmosphere was calm and relaxed with soft jazz buzzing in your ear, giving you an Atlanta brunch vibes but with country charm! Highly recommend you take a visit or at the minimum place an order with a delivery service and start your day off right! Happy eating friends!

I had to change my 5 stars to 3.nHoping to catch the attention of the owner.nnFood is good. You’ve got the product!nService is wildly slow. Wildly. I can’t suggest Rosie’s anymore because it’s painfully slow. I can’t get in and out under an hour — which is a standard at most Carrollton — locally owned spots.nnI want to come here often but when there are 7 people in the entire restaurant and it takes an hour and a half to get two meals, it’s a really hard sell. And I understand to-go orders but I don’t think that’s what slowing it down.nnI’d like to try the Atlanta location and see if there’s more pep to their step.

Wow terrible food and service. I saw the Billboard and thought the photo on it looked appetizing but not at all what I got. I was neglected. I got my food and asked for a spoon and the waitress said one minute and goes to clean a table? I'm confused. Shouldn't my needs in order to eat my food more important than that table? Not at this place. Terrible. Cross this of the list of reliable restaurants.

We had lunch at Rosie's at noon on a Tuesday. The food was excellent. The fried perch fillets were flaky and tender with a delicious breading, and the cole slaw was great too. The tacos, which were on special at $2 each, were very flavorful. Our server was pleasant and helpful and knowledgeable about the menu. We will definitely eat here again.

Absolutely Amazing Food. Very Fresh. Never had a great tasting breakfast taste so Healthy & natural. Also in addition the restrooms are some of the cleanest I've seen in a while, and as many know restrooms can get bad quickly, but not here. Will definitely be back.
