Our main reason for giving a 5/5 score is due to our tax preparation professional, Ms. Cynthia (Dee) Hertlen. She always has such a pleasant, outgoing disposition, and is always looking for legal ways to save us money on our taxes. We absolutely love and trust her to do our taxes! H&R Block needs more Dee Hertlens working in their offices.
