First thing first. It took us a little over 2 hours to file. The lady who was doing our taxes was pretty clueless on most of it. She has to stop countless times! We were hoping for the refund advance! We have nothing against us that would stop it. With the amount we are getting back, there is no reason we should have been denied. Well unless it was something she skipped or put in wrong! We have used this location 4 times in 6 years. Every year something is screwed up with our taxes. We were determined we were not going back. Then we seen all the positive reviews from last year. Decided to give it one more shot! As you can tell that was a HUGE MISTAKE!!
