Paid my loan off. None of my payments were more than 30 days late- yet they reported on my credit that all of my payments were 60-90 days late. I paid it off and it showed up as delinquent for almost 3 months. I called them to get it resolved and was told they aren't in charge of credit reporting and that I should call headquarters. Called headquarters and couldn't talk to an actual person. I had another loan previously with them, while they were under old management and I had no issues. I have referred two new customers to them. I feel that customer satisfaction is not a top priority here. I have done business with multiple finance companies in this area and this one is a difficult one to deal with. This is a good place for a starter loan but anything other than that I would go elsewhere. Beware of the credit reporting as well.

I miss one payment due to financial problems. I think everyone have experience problems but it seem to me like they didn't care. I been with them for a couple years now never late I was always on with payments. Jus one time something can up couldn't pay on time now I been reported to credit beau. ud83dude2dud83dude2dud83dude2dud83dude2dud83dude2d
