Everyone was super helpful and friendly in the office. The painters were awesome guys. Friendly, pleasant and professional. Always on time and finished on schedule. There was a part by our stairs that is now missing paint after we redid our carpet. So not completely their fault (replaced carpet after) but if they had lied down the protective paper closer/tighter to the ground, they could’ve reached more of the wall. So we will have to paint that part ourselves.
Five Star Painting is the Gold-Standard in customer service. Samuel showed up on the scheduled day to paint our kitchen cabinets. Within a few hours, Five Star Project Manager, Todd, showed up to ensure everything was going OK and that we were happy with the beginning of our project. Samuel did a precise and professional job painting the cabinets. Todd popped in almost every day to take pictures of the progress and to ensure we were happy with the progress and quality. Samuel informed us every afternoon when he left, what he had completed and what he would be working on tomorrow. Todd, Samuel and Candance (office manager) were on a group text and sent me a text daily to ensure everything was running smoothly and encouraged me to contact them if I had any issues. We were so impressed with the level of customer service, quality control, communication and a sincere desire to provide and outstanding result. If you want a quality paint job with a kind, friendly, professional team, go with Five Star Painting.
There is a reason the company is called Five Star Painting! Everyone I interacted with was awesome! Ricardo was prompt, polite, and fast! Todd and Constance were wonderful to work with as well! I will continue to use Five Star for all my painting needs and refer them to all of my family and friends!
Love it!!! This company does amazing work. If you want a high quality and very professional paint job I highly recommend them. Paula is so awesome to work with. She is always stopping by during the whole process to make sure you are happy with everything and to answer any questions you may have. I am so pleased with the work that was done. Highly recommend five star painting.
So it started out good, came out and did a quote promptly, one week later they started on the project. The painters them selves were AWESOME!!! I give them 6 Stars. They went above and beyond, and did an awesome job. There was a commutation issue with Todd, we were told one time frame and were expecting the painters to be here, and they didn't show up. The follow through on the communication was very lacking. I can only give this part of the job a 1 star rating. Todd did apologize for the communication issues, and we did accept the apology. I did have you rated at 1 star but because of the excellent work the painters did I can confidently change that to 4 stars.
