This was the first time to visit Euharlee Creek Covered Bridge. I love the history around places like this. Whether you are in the area or make a day trip, you will love walking across the covered bridge, reading about the history of the nearby ruins, and looking through the windows of the old buildings to imagine what it must have been like when it was alive with people going about their daily lives.

Nice spot with informative signs and an interesting history. It’s really fun to walk through the bridge and imagine how it used to look back in the 1800s full of wagons and horse drawn carriages.

Great place to stop for a break when riding your motorcycle and stretch your legs. Also, fun to take evening pictures of loved ones here. However, I dont think there is a restroom nearby. There used to be a little store, not sure if its still open. Last drive by noticed a new BBQ joint..didnt have time to stop.

It's absolutely beautiful! It's not only a perfect place for a photoshoot, but the perfect place to propose to your significant other! My fiance proposed to me on the bridge and the pictures and video of the proposal came out beautifully ud83dude0d
