Martina was quick with an older gentleman today about why his med was more expensive this month. Then she told him the wrong way to store the medication. He then asked again because he saw her take it out of the fridge. She then repeated the wrong answer. Didn’t bother to check or ask a pharmacist for him. Like u just took it out of the fridge, why would u say it doesn’t belong it the fridge. It does! As a nurse, I cringe! I don’t know her position, I can’t imagine she is a pharmacist. Then she completed my order and didn’t say one word to me. Not thank you, not have a good day. Nothing. It seemed intentional since there was an awkward silence where a thank you should of been. I thought it was rude. I don’t care too much about the lack of thank you. It bothered me she gave this older man wrong information!

Let. Me. Tell. You. There is a girl that works in the pharmacy. Can someone please cover work appropriate voice volume with her as her nails on a chalkboard screech carries through the entire store. Girl. Do your job. Nobody standing in line to pay UP FRONT cares about the lottery tickets you can’t cash. Seriously. It is that bad.

The pharmacy's customer service is horrible. They are extremely rude and seem to be judgmental of me and my medication. I kept trying to give them the benefit of the doubt, but every time I use the pharmacy customer service just got worse. After today's interaction with a young woman in a gray hoodie completely cut me off when I was speaking with very loud and abrupt tone... I just wanted to say learn some manners, but completed my transaction and left. I will never use them again!

Poor pharmacy service. Receiving refills, or M.D.s prescribed Rx, most times the Rx are not filled. The Rx just sit on their system waiting as hold. Terrible manners of some pharmacy staff too.
