The important of customer satisfation coupled with excellent services. I really appreciated with the discount and foods coupon which point out how important a good customer service experience is, the multi - point inspection have shown great brilliant description. Thanks for keeping me on track for future service.nnWhen customers feel like IRA value them, like I am truly special to IRA I will keep coming back. This may be linked with the phenomenon of reciprocity in social psychology: If services do something nice for customers, I will want to do something in return like add extra services.
I bought a car here last week. Kenny O was extremely helpful, however they were very busy at the time and I waited quite a while. One week later I find myself just not loving the car. I, for my own personal reasons, just can't seem to connect with it. I went back today to ask if anything could be done. So far I've gotten no response. Its a Saturday and I know they're going to be busy but I truly do hope that in the end I can write a positive review about IRA Toyota.nUpdate: No help. Do not recommend.
Scott the manager and David in the Service department were super difficult to work with and I was shocked by the terrible, horrid customer service. After buying two cars here, all the warranties and being loyal Toyota buyers... we definitely will never be buying another Toyota again after everything we have been through at this location in Tewksbury. BE ADVISED - Don’t buy any of the warranties Toyota sells you..almost nothing is covered under their expensive warranties. You have to pull teeth for months to get anything covered under your warranty. Go to Nissan or Ford instead of this place!!!
Shame on you guys ! Toyota announces recall on frames.While going to get sticker I'm told can't leave my frame is rusted out. Given a rental for 9 months , frame comes in service calls and says it will cost 8,200 to fix everything (when I went to get sticker I needed a 02 sensor only) when i disagreed with him he told me i had 2 days to get truck off lot i had it towed to a junk yard and you guys kept the frame. Great customer service, so far I'm responsible for changing the minds of over 1200 Ira vehicle searches and will continue. You really showed the corporate bully in yourselves.
Excellent service and prompt and very professional service representatives. All my service needs and maintenance were thoroughly explained to me before hand and if any other services were required, I was ASKED if I wanted it done while it was already in the shop. I really liked having that choice versus just having something fixed without my knowledge and paying extra. Highly recommend!
