Drive through is not convenient. They will lock doors if they get over burdened. Mobile orders may not work. Ordered a single fritter on mobile order and they gave it to some one else. Waited 15 hot minutes. Had to bang on the door to get attention. Finally they answered and fixed the problem. Hesitant til go back.
It's kind of hard to rate this McDonald's on this particular visit. They were extremely short staffed. However the person who took our order and also filled our order was a very nice lady she may have been very slow but she was very kind. Our food was prepared correctly. It appeared to be very dirty outside inside is still closed but I think that's because they are short staffed and there was a bunch of kids outside when I first arrived and they just left and threw their trash everywhere literally everywhere. I sure hope they get some help soon because I think with the right people it could really be a great store.
People were nice but took way to long and no ketchup or salt pepper.
Service was so slow I was backed up on the street. They even have two ordering stations. Maybe it was the spring breakers but they were not prepared. The food was good though but an hour wait is unacceptable for a 'fast food' place. Be prepared!!!
They worked through a very busy line while a large number of high school students were walking up as well plus got our somewhat customized order perfect. Definitely well above average expectations for a McDonald's so very pleased with that.
