Couples beware! This guy is completely unprofessional. He will use your partner/marriage as collateral damage.nnI'm having a dispute over getting him to send over electronic copies of my returns, which were filed without ever presenting to me for review/approval despite repeated requests (for both electronic copies and for reviewing/approval). David then reached out to my husband to slander me, revealed confidential matters that happened before my marriage...before threatening to take my husband to court for an unpaid balance.nnMy husband only just got his invoice and hasn't even had time to review his filing, and he gets threatened with a lawsuit? If David has a problem with a client, he needs to resolve the dispute with the client, first of all. Secondly, David needs to give his clients time to pay, and not threaten lawsuit before the ink is even dry on his invoice. (and, if he wanted a more expedited payment, he should have sent returns electronically and not via the postal service, at the worst possible time to be using the postal service if you're in a hurry to get something done. Owing to COVID, we limit travel to the post office so it could be weeks between the time he mails and when we receive.)nnHis inappropriate overreach indicates that he will use people as collateral damage in any sort of conflict. If he will attempt to drive a wedge between husband and wife and use both a marriage and husband/partner as collateral damage over electronic copies (of all things), imagine what he will do over more major disputes.nnDavid takes zero responsibility for his role in conflicts. All this over electronic copies!nnIf he pulls any other funny business, I will be looking into reporting him to the National Association for Enrolled Agents for unethical and/or unprofessional behavior.

David makes taxes enjoyable. We laugh, I cry. Very thorough. Accommodating hours for the busy working person. Would highly recommend.
