This place is an adorable guilty pleasure. I'm always in love with their detailed menu and vast selection of drink options, along with their lovingly crafted waffles that look so picture perfect I almost feel guilty eating them. Staff is very kind and will go above and beyond to make sure that you're enjoying your meal. I've gone here for everything from a study session to a romantic date to lunch with a visiting family member. With a punch-card system for redemption, they know you'll want to be back just as much as you want to. With reasonable pricing and delicious food, I always have to fight the urge to stop by here every time I drive by. A cozy little place.

I come here at least once a week, the actual boba pearls are the best texture I've had so far in out of all of the places in the area. Their green tea is not unbearably bitter like other places when I ask for it 0% sweet.

I would go back. Food was good. Boba drinks were good, but the cheese foam was a bit salty the day I tried it.

This is a great place to hang out with friends. They have authentic Taiwanese street food along with great milk tea and amazing snow/shaved ice. I like their earl grey milk tea with 75% sweetness. My husband and son loves their mango snow ice. Their rice/noodle dishes are okay, but not the best I’ve tasted around the area.nnThey also provide fresh pastries and a selection of other cake/dessert. Their bread is a bit on the pricy side compare to some other bakeries, but it’s made fresh and the quality is great. There are numerous times that the cashier stopped me while I was browsing their bread from the bakery shelve just to tell me that they have a fresh batch coming out and he/she would go grab the ones I want from the rack since they were waiting to be packaged. This shows me that they actually care about their customers.nnOverall this is a sweet little cafe close to UCF and it is definitely a great hangout place.nnPS. I wish they would add highchair and diaper changing table since that would be really helpful for young moms with little ones.
