I just had a tooth pulled out and can't speak. They were very nice and took my order from me typing a note on my phone. The drink is fabulous!
I go to this Starbucks almost every morning before work and always have a great experience. The drive thru line is always quick even if there is a lot of cars and their customer service is exceptional. Today I put in a mobile order for a breakfast item, although they ran out of it when I reached the store. The shift supervisor Kevin was amazing and not only refunded me for the total amount, but also provided me with another vegetarian breakfast item. Thank you Mitchell Hammock Starbucks for always making my morning!
I still have to admit I can't believe Starbucks raised their regular coffee and maybe all of the coffee there so much while this pandemic was going on it really is surprising and shocking and they claim to be so global friendly.
This Starbucks is the best! The staff is always so nice. And the drinks are phenomenal!
Love the people that work here! They are always friendly and positive energy! Giving 3 stars cause the way the drinks are made is never consistent. The University Blvd store always has consistency! I always know my drink will be exactly the same every time!
