Stopped for my daughter. They have good service and gave dogs a pup cup.nI prefer Dunkin donuts coffee.and stopped there for mine. Flavor is a personal preference and not a reflection on their quality

There drinks are very good, the staff is super friendly. I accidentally ordered the wrong size on the app and they gave me the bigger size free of charge. Only downside is you have to order on the app so it took me a while to get our drinks cause I had to download the app.

I don't think I've ever had an experience where the barista has messed up my order, or if they have they've immediately volunteered to remake it and give me both the drink I ordered and the other one. The staff is always very nice, even when they're obviously very busy. Some of the best customer I've seen. The social distancing protocols are top-notch, with every staff member always wearing their mask properly, and plenty of signage directing customers to do the same, as well as distancing markers on the floor and marked off seating. I have a great respect for the baristas, you are truly unsung heroes.

We got an extra shot in our coffees! But there is no way there it could be a triple shot. The coffee was weak. We came home and we added some espresso to our Starbucks. Then we drank it. Sorry neither of us were impressed. Depressed to pay that much and have to add our own to it. Sorry Starbucks but for 13 buck and change I shouldn't have to add to it.

Best Starbucks in Polk hands down! Went by there like 10 min. til they closed and their attitude was great and they was just happy to take our order. And me being so picky sometimes, especially when it comes to my frappuccinos, is ridiculous ... But thankfully we had Nick as our barista! He was so great and made the best Java chip frappuccions we’ve had in a minute. To sum it up that frappuccino was life and made my night!
