I came an ordered a 20 piece nugget on my lunch break at 2:30 ish am . Once I got to work an opened my bag I realized I’m missing another ten nuggets but at this time my break was almost over . I called the store an let them know of there mistake an they didn’t take my name down or anything . I work to hard for my money to pay for something an receive what I purchased. There was 2 cars in the drive thru at the time . How do you make this mistake when it’s not busy ? Instead of serving food off on your screen to help your times you should assure orders are being made correctly .

My family went here on Christmas Eve. Getting McDonald's after looking at lights is a decades long annual tradition. Even though the drive thru line was around the building and the one inside almost out the door, our food was hot and the order was correct. We could tell the very small crew was overwhelmed. They were all in good spirits and helpful even while dealing with difficult costumers and working when they were missing time celebrating with their families.

I normally have a great experience at this McDonald's but whoever was taking orders in the drive thru this morning was having a whole argument with a coworker with the speaker on while I waited 15-20 minutes. She asked for my order twice and then returned to the argument while I was trying to speak. I'm a very patient person but this was just ridiculous.

I placed a mobile curbside pickup order. Arrived at this location pulled in to a spot and notified the app that I was here. At the time there was no one else waiting. Since then I have now waited over 20 minutes for my two hamburgers, double cheeseburger,and medium French fries to be brought out to me. They are still not here. I am going to have to go hunt down my food. Definitely am avoiding this McDonald's in the future.
