The pizza is fantastic and the customer service and all the people who work at the Watertown location are great. The manager, Sean, is a true professional who goes out of his way to make sure your experience at Frank Pepe’s is the best it can be. Great place and great people.
We like our pizza well done and the crust was perfectly crisp. The ingredients were fresh and the salad was good as well. Can’t wait to see this location thrive when the development in the area finishes. Excellent customer service.
Don’t believe the hype, we finally decided to give it a try and me and my family were disappointed when we got it. The pizza tastes bland and partially burnt, in reality it tastes like frozen pizza you would buy at the supermarket. Definitely not worth the 25$ price tag. I’ll give it the benefit of the doubt because people say the one in Newton Tastes better. Do not recommend especially for 25$
