I had lost the keys to my storage unit. I called and scheduled them to meet me at my storage unit at noon. They called me at noon to tell me they would be here at 12:30. I asked then why did we set up a meeting at noon. He apologized and made it 20 minutes late. He started owrking on removing the lock at 12:30 and he was still working on it at 2. I already had to reschedule an appointment because he was late and I had another. I told him my office is 10 minutes away. Call me and I will be right back. No problem he said. An hour later I tried numerous times to both call and text him and received no response. I then decided to go back. When I arrived the lock was not removed, nor a courtesy call, or text to tell me as such. I then call the office and they have told me that they could not get anyone back out to get the job done. I told them how unprofessional they were and would not be calling back. I then called another company to come and remove the lock.nnI wasted 5 hours of my day to get a simple lock removed. Giving them 0 stars would be what I had preferred. Guess they should stick to making keys
I locked myself out of the office and had very important calls in the afternoon. They came immediately and was at my house no later than 20-30 minutes from taking my call. Very professional and fair. Thanks
