I have made an order online using the app.nI want to pick up through drive-thrunI said mobile order to the lady at the speaker.nShe cant understand that..and she was too harsh on me. She said to pull up to the next window. I am trying to say what I am about to say. Instead, she haven't talked to me and she just gave me the receipt without speaking any single word and she didn't even have any eye contact with me. I just drove by and collected the coffee at the next window. Coffee was good and fresh though. The other lady is friendly and she even wished me good morning.

It was like everyone went to break at the same time. They call it fast food but we waited 20 minutes before we got ours. I know with the covid they have the stations for ketchup and other stuff so why can't they automatically put ketchup or salt in bag?

12:20 am. They say cash only. Then make everyone pull up and park and wait...it’s been 20 min now. Still waiting. I can see people inside rushing around but nothing coming out to any of the vehicles waiting on their food. Won’t come here again.

I pulled over to write this review. This was by far my worst McDonald's experience ever. No problem if you're busy and I have to wait in a pick up space, but a very long time. Worst, when I went inside to check on my food, and the cashier went to who I assu.e was the shift manager perhaps, a Hispanic young lady, she looked around and made eye contact with me and made sure that I knew she didn't care by shrugging her shoulders like, whatever, big deal. She had a nasty attitude towards her coworker and to make sure that I saw her with her gestures was totally unacceptable. So disappointed, I'll never return to that location..
