I stopped and got gas at 1:30 AM this morning and noticed the meter on Gas Pump #3 is set to run even when the pump isn't running. It kept charging me for gas, even when the pump had stopped. I don't know if this is intentional to overcharge customers or not. I spilled a tiny amount of gas trying to top off my tank to an even number but the meter kept running making it hard to do. I went inside to tell the clerk the pump kept running and was over charging even with the pump turned off. The clerk, Joshua, got Michael, another employee from outside in his car, who treated me like I was lying and trying to steal gas or money. I told them both what happened and Michael went outside and lifted the pump which wasn't running because it wasn't paid for so he couldn't see what I was talking about. I asked Michael to put his card in so he could see what I was talking about and he said he refused to put his own card in so I could show him what was happening and I sure as hell wasn't going to put my card back in there and be overcharged again. Michael saw the tiny spilled gas and tried to say that was the cause of the increased meter. I tried to explain it to him that it spilled when I was trying to stop it from running over an even number and he acted like I was lying again. Michael proceeded to go back inside and didn't tell me what he was doing, so thirty minutes later, after I finally called the police because Michael was inside the back room reviewing the cameras for thirty minutes as if they would show the gas pump meter running, he came back out, then he rudely interrupted my phone call with the police dispatcher and was calling me a liar. I told him several times what happened and he was being rude so I told him to stop talking over me, to shut up and listen to what I'm saying and to let me finish what I'm saying. Michael then told me, "Get out of my store! You told me to shut up so get out of my store now!" I told him, "No, I'm leaving until I get my refund." Michael refused to give me my refund or help me because I told him to shut up. I wasn't rude, nor did I curse or talk over him or talk down to him. Michael then said, "I was going to help you but I'm not going to now. You can come back in the morning when the manager gets here at 5 AM." I requested they call the manager and Joshua said he would but Michael told him No, and he then flat out refused to call the manager and he refused to help me. Joshua took my name and phone number for the manager and said he would have them call me but Michael was very rude and wasted thirty minutes of my time waiting on him for nothing when I was exhausted from working 20 hours. I normally shop and purchase gas at several PicQuiks in town and this is by far the worst experience I've ever had. I will make sure I won't return to this location as long as Michael works there. I am a very honest person and I'm honest to a fault and don't appreciate being called a liar and treated like a thief. I'm a professional and don't deserve to be treated like a liar and a thief. I even asked Joshua to put an out of order sign on the gas pump so this doesn't happen to anyone else. I told them it only overcharged me by about $4.00 or $5.00. If I was a lying thief, wouldn't I have said that it overcharged me by a lot more than that? Seriously, I don't need all this stress and drama for only about $4.00 or $5.00. Please watch the pumps carefully if you do purchase gas there. They are fraudulently overcharging for gas you don't and won't receive plus Michael is very rude. Buyer Beware!!! What ever happened to customer service? Whatever happened to it being the customer is always right? I'm not happy with this business and hope to find out who the owner is. Michael shouldn't be working in customer service. Michael needs to have training in customer service and customer complaints if he's going to be allowed to continue working there but I feel he should be terminated. The Vice President of Picquik did call me and he sent me coupons and apologied for the poor service I received. I'll give them another chance

Walked into the store open carrying my pistol as I have done for the past 5 years. The lady behind the counter rudely asked me if I had a badge and when I told her no she rudely told me I can’t come into the store with my gun. Which isn’t a law here in NM. It was at one point but now it’s changed to where i can carry in the store as long as I’m not purchasing alcohol. When I proceeded to explain that to her she said, “well I haven’t been told, and we have signs up”. Which they don’t. So i left and that store lost a customer. Just because she “hadn’t heard” of the law I won’t return to that store. If a mass shooter ever goes to that store everyone in it is screwed because that lady won’t let law abiding citizens carry in “her” store lol.

I and my wife, and family have been coming here for good quality gas and Santa Fe Grill for over 10 years! I recommend you stop in and give Santa Fe Grill burrito a try!

I stopped at 3:30 a.m. and put $15.01 worth of gas in my vehicle my debit card then text me saying that I had purchased $50 which I did not make sure you check your debit and or credit cards for the amount that you actually purchased I am still in contact with Rush card to see what is going on

We pull up at 2:50am to get gas for a long trip home and the female employee is out by the pumps SMOKING A CIGARETTE and talking to her coworker who is actually WORKING wiping down the pumps. I get it, it's a graveyard shift job, but shouldn't safety matter?!
