Not as busy as other nearby beaches. A new bathroom and shower available.
The beach was nice except it had a drop-off right where you get in/out so it's not too bad getting in but it would be quite difficult for someone elderly or disabled to get out with the incline. It does have a fair amount of parking and port a potty facilities. There is no snack bar at this location.
I have always enjoyed going to Waveland Beach. I've been coming here since 1986 and used to work at the concession stand they had here. It's not as busy as Jensen Beach.
Nice quiet beach w/lifeguards. Not crowded. Beautiful view.
Nice local beach. Not as big as Jensen Beach. Life guard station. Only negative is the rest rooms are built near the entrance at the road.
