Nice area to drive to. Very sad park. Only one little mound and shortest path I have ever seen in a park.

A small walk up a 20 ft mound. Beautiful tropical foliage and great interpretation about history of this area, both Amerindian and settler. Enjoy the scenic driving around Terra Ceia and its historic houses.

Just a nice place to check out on the way to the island! Nice place to picnic. Didn't realize how much history is around there.

Mound is mostly covered by trees and vegetation so you can't see much of it, however when you are on top it is cooler because of the shade. The ones in Pinellas county are easier to see if you want to go over the bridge.

Not much here but a large hill (temple mound) covered in trees with stairs to the top and a couple signs explaining the historical significance. Google directions a little hard to follow. One interesting fact about the mound is many of the trees growing on it are normally only found much farther south. The grassy area around the base is not well maintained with the majority of the palms are diseased and dying.
