I went for the first time a few weeks ago and love it! From the moment I walked in I felt warmly welcomed and at home. I took a daily class to try many different types of class at various times. Teachers are caring and very helpful with adjustments and encouragement. I love hot yoga and Liz Bikram Fusion is the best!! The classes meets you where you are at so it is perfect for anyone!!nThe studio is clean and properly heated for certain classes. The room is spacious with warm beautiful lighting. I would highly recommended anyone who is considering yoga or are new to definitely try them!

Just the place to go to hit the “reset button”.nI’ve tried almost every class and every instructor. LOVED them all & learn new things each time. Everyone is so welcoming. The studio has all the tools you need. So no need to bring a mat if you don’t have one.They have classes for every leveln“what’s yoga? -thru pro”. They have normal temperature classes, warm classes and hot classes to choose from.nThey also have fun pop up classes and workshops every month to add to the schedule. Cute studio! The actually yoga studio is HUGE! Went in tonight for a flow class, as I was having major lower back pains, the flow class was perfect! It was restorative. Clean studio & the teachers are extremely knowledgeable and friendly!
