Easy online process of applying for VPK program certificate. They are very fast and helpful.nThey required us to come into the office to sign for paperwork to use the VPK-SIS (special needs therapy) program. They give you paperwork to take to the participating therapy center. They must then submit a therapy plan to the ELC and have it accepted before your child can start therapy. This is taking a while, so keep that in mind.
