My car was on its last legs so I was rushing the car-buying process, and the team here was wonderful. I found them on Cars dot com with the exact make/model/color/mileage/price I was looking for, was able to schedule a next-day test drive, and pick it up the day after that. The staff was very personable and attentive throughout! I got some $$ off for trading in my 19 y/o Ford with 180k+ miles, and the process couldn't have been easier. Highly recommend - definitely worth the drive down from Nashua.

Daphne, Douglas and Erik were so nice to make a deal with. Daphne is kind, clear with her explanations and efficient. Douglas was very accommodating and got my Jeep ready quickly. He has a great personality and was a pleasure. Erik was very kind and informative. All of them answered my calls quickly and promptly. I was very pleased with my buying experience. I went to a lot of different auto dealerships when looking for a new car. So happy I got it from the Waltham auto gallery - Daphne and the staff were super helpful and nice. It definitely felt like they had my best interest in mind unlike some of the other places I went.nnSupport your local businesses ! 10/10 would recommend

This was my first car buying experience, and the staff at Waltham Auto Gallery were very attentive and helpful as I navigated the process (during the pandemic, no less). They were very responsive to all of my calls and questions, and I ended up with a great car! Would definitely recommend!
