I started to look for a car during the pandemic which was very difficult since I could not see the Audi I wanted in person. Bobby was able to guide me through the whole process. I am very happy with the 2015 Audi A3 that I purchased. Had lots of great pictures online to help with my decision. The car drives very smooth and is in good condition. The only reason I give 4 stars is it took a month before I got the car. As I said I did buy the car during the pandemic and that caused a delay on a part they needed to install to have the car ready for inspection. Other than that Bobby is very responsive and has great customer service. I would recommend to others looking for foreign cars at a good price.
My father bought a car here and was totally ripped off. Bob lied and claimed the car was in perfect condition and then when the car arrived it had multiple scratches. I contacted him multiple times and he would not answer unless i threatened to return the car. Even then he stopped answering. this place will lie to you just to take your money. Very disappointed, do yourself a favor and take your money elsewhere.
Bobby helped me throughout the entire process. He was very responsive, transparent and efficient. Once we signed all the papers I had my car withing next few days. Thanks Bobby! I love my car :).
I have to say they don’t want to sell the cars, the receptionist was friendly, the Italian man in the office was rude. I found a car in website and the car wasn’t there. They say if I want to see the car, I need to fill an application and ready to buy it right nowud83dude43If I can’t see the car, how can I buy it? They said they have pictures online to help me make decisions. Are you kidding?
Apparently look like they doesn’t want to sell cars at this dealership. Went over, the car wasn’t there and they say I should have to fill a On-line application and be ready to buy the car so they would bring the car. Seriously?
