Recap the short story.Audi Norwell accuses you of something not true.Terrible communications.Won't get Audi Corp to look at the vehicle for an expert opinionGM as bad as rest of organizationVillage Automotive group / owner of Audi Norwell Ignores youAudi Corp was uselessSTAY AWAY FROM AUDI and Village Motor GroupnThe Long Story2018 SQ5 34000 miles.Wife gets home says a light out warning came on. We went to dinner in another vehicle to come back to find the alarm was going off. Got it to Stop. Next morning the SQ5 would not start. I put a charger on it (in the front). After a full day charge still would not start. I jumped it with my vehicle got it to finally start but the dash was throwing every possible warning there was. I tried to drive it but it kept stalling. We called Audi they said you need to get it towed to them, We called Audi Care and a driver showed up called us to say the car is dead I  don't know how to get the car into Neutral. I googled it and had it in neutral in about 2 mins. Audi Care sent another tow truck driver out who could not get the parking break to shut off so he had to use skid plates under the back wheels to get it on the flat bed. We sent a text to Audi Norwell (this is how they had been communicating with us) to say the SQ5 was on its way. 2 Days passed and we called Audi Norwell they said its here? So they found it and looked into the issue. The Steve the Service rep called us back to say we needed to get our insurance company engaged as we had submerged the car under water. We were shocked (it had never been submerged). We went the next day and reviewed the issue with Tony the technician. Most of the electronics terminate in the rear of the car near the drivers side wheel well. The back was very wet. Dirt etc. ALSO in the back at both wheel wells are two vent flaps that open when you close your car doors to let the cabin pressure out. We propose one of the flaps was stuck over but they would not acknowledge this. From here we did call insurance to have a back up plan. We requested Audi Corp tech go onsite to look at the car. They never did they took Tony (tech) at Audi Norwell's word. I also reached out to Audi Corp to ask them to assist to date all we have gotten after every call is an email thank us for our patience and they would be back to us soon. (that never happened). Also during this time I had reached out and spoke with the GM at Audi Norwell who said he would look into it and get back to me. That never happened. I contacted the Village Automotive Group who owns Audi Norwell. No response. I reached out to the Owner no response. The repairs cost $8500.00 Insurance covered all but the deductible. If you ever do need to go to Audi Norwell Stay away from Steve and Tony. They are terrible.STAY AWAY FROM AUDI / AUDI NORWELL / Village Motor Group
