Had an absolutely fantastic experience. Phil was able to work everything out over email- so much easier than the dealers who make you come in ten times and try to get a back and forth going. He was straightforward and made the process incredibly simple. Dante and Michael were also great and really easy to work with. I talked with several Audi dealers and two Land Rover dealers, and all were a pain to deal with, you never got to talk to the same person twice, and it all felt like a runaround to get you to pay more. Phil couldn't have made this easier. I decided to go with the Volvo in large part because it was just a much better experience working with Boston Volvo. I'm now working to replace another car through them. I would highly, highly recommend Boston Volvo Cars.

I didn't buy a car at Boston Volvo because it is a 150-mile drive for me and at the last minute the specific configuration I wanted showed up at a local dealer. However, based on the very helpful back-and-forth I had with their Internet marketing team (Myles and Brianna) I was fully prepared to drive the 150 miles. During the course of my search I communicated with maybe six or seven Volvo dealers and they were by far the most responsive and helpful.

Had the pleasure of working with Morgan the other week and her knowledge of all vehicles, in combination with her professionalism and kindness was more than appreciated. She didn’t force me into any purchase and met with me on multiple occasions until we really found a vehicle that I loved and felt comfortable with. I don’t think my family will ever go to another person to buy a car as long as we live in the area (and we all know Boston is a lifestyle, not a destination). Thanks again Morgan!

I had contacted Volvo last week and had a wonderful experience working with Brandon. I ended up keeping my current vehicle, but he was kind, knowledgeable, and didn't put any unnecessary pressure on me. Treated me with respect and was patient answering my questions. High marks for him and the entire staff.
