Excellent experience purchasing a used car from them. Tom was very helpful and responsive with a long distance purchase, helping me get the car inspected by a Mechanic. They gave me a very competitive and fair deal. No hidden fees just a paper work processing around ~$300. They completely cleaned and detailed the car inside and out before delivering it to me. Overall great deal and experience.

I bought my 2015 Kia Forte from here and it was not the best purchasing experience. The process was quick due to no loan needed and the staff was very laid back and nice, even installed my car seats for me. However the product over all was not as I had hoped. No spare tire was included I was advised everything is now fix a flats. Complete BS. It was not detailed or cleaned for me. There was no new inspection sticker. My brakes were bad. And the car had serious blemishes. I didn’t notice due to taking car up the road and back. I was on a strict time restraint due to having a sitter watch my 1 and 2 year old so I can drive almost 2 hours to Waltham. I thought it was a good deal due to having almost 38,000 miles for under 10K. I would of rather paid extra to get a car with more miles had I known what I actually purchased. Minor inconveniences since driving it off the lot but it’s a pain with having 2 little ones and our busy weeks. They did have me drive back out there to fix brakes, inspection sticker, and detail it. But it still sucked having to drive out there multiple times. If you’re looking for a quick, easy, laid back buying experience I recommend. Other than that you’re better off paying a few extra to get quality products.

Great experience, helpful staff, and quality cars. My husband and I found a great pre-owned vehicle with no pressure from anyone to buy a car. They answered all of our questions and helped us get everything together as this was our first car purchase.
