I've been taking my car here for years and never had a bad experience. They are always super friendly and professional. Even offering to touch up paint spots for me when I remember to bring my paint. I usually drop my car off the night before and expect to pick it up at closing time the next day. Pretty much the standard as far as I've seen. Prices are fair and the work is worth it to me.
