It's all the money Unprofessional, rude, dirty, hot no ac the bathroom had no running water I cant believe this place is still running. Most of the time we had no teacher taught ourselves no teacher wanted to work there wasn't getting payed use the government money fraud the school is not structured

BEWARE & proceed with caution!! Most of the 5 star ratings are fake!!! Everytime some one leaves a poor review, some 1 from the school quickly follows it with one to two 5 star ratings. Sad but true.nThese people are rude & only seeking to get their desks filled with students. There’s no care for the well-being of the student. Also, the lack of unprofessionalism is disgusting.nPersonally, I would look elsewhere ...

The admissions department have been great helping me to get everything set up to start classes. Next step is taking the HESI!

Unprofessional and rude staff. I have been browsing around for a specific program when I came across Premier. During my first call, the woman seemed rude and unhappy. However, I brushed this off since the purpose of my call was to obtain programmatic information. No biggie. Fast forward one year later, a similar incident happened but with the admissions department. The woman insisted she have my last name even though I clearly explained to her that I’m not comfortable giving that to her since I’m still browsing around. She then ranted off about the school being accredited. She assumed the issue was accreditation and receiving unwanted phone calls from them when that was NOT THE issue. Rather than ASK me, she assumed. When I once again told her I was simply calling for information and that I was not yet comfortable giving out my last name ...in the most friendly and neutral tone possible ...instead of respecting my wishes ...she then told me I quote her exact words “you know what, have a wonderful day” and then hung up the phone on me. I am perplexed, shocked and disappointed by the level of unprofessionalism and ignorance from this lady. WOW! She actually hung up the phone on me. The part that shocked me the most was that I never even spoke negatively or harshly to her. Very poor customer service in my opinion and poor communication. Never assume. Always ask. The third incident was an email I received from the school for information regarding one of their programs. I went against my better judgement and called. The person over the phone provided me the information. Once again though, I received attitude when I asked a question pertaining to the schedule. She sounded legalistic and “I’m right you’re wrong” type of tone and verbiage. Once again a negative experience over the phone and bad feeling about this school. If it were only one incident with one person I would certainly let it go since by the stage of life I know there is always at least one bad apple in every company.nHowever, I’m not a newbie. I have been to College before. I’m not expecting some one to be chipper over the phone, but as representatives of the institution I am expecting to receive a level of respect, courtesy and professionalism from the employees. Not to mention, these are the individuals that will be coordinating your internship. If you’re receiving this type of unprofessional behavior just imagine your internship organization. Awful.nnAlthough I can’t speak for their programs since I have not attended, at this point, I am going to go with my better judgement and NOT go for this school....disappointing
