School staff always mistreat students reported to school at a parent to your conference my son is being bullied they did not believe it they said there was him that's causing problems my son decided to audio record his bully and a assistant principal yelled at my son. Stated they was against a HIPAA act for him to record an audio if she looked up the laws it is not against the law for my son to audio record a bully they put him on weapons check for a month or two and took his phone away. is switching my son's classes up always putting him with kids they will bother him and fight with him finally got him on the high school side even though he's an eighth grade He's now getting A's and B's but still stuck in that same school somebody's be done to make it more safe for these kids.
