The staff is always friendly which is wonderful. Unfortunately, this for some reason this location tends to not be able to flow well in orders whenever I have visited. At least 7 out of 10 times on average when I visit I am waiting 15 minutes to 30 minutes for my coffee. Yesterday, I waited 15 minutes while I first received my food, my first drink was set off to the side and my name not called, and then the second drink was randomly made ten minutes later once the food and first coffee were cold. I also saw another guest have to leave for work and did not receive a drink they paid for. I've been to many Starbucks and I do understand that things get busy at this business, but I have never had such long waits as this location on a regular basis.

I visited this place 2 days in a row and the first day they were out of white chocolate syrup, the second day they were still out of white chocolate as well as carmel. No apologies or signs on the menu. They staff is not very helpful or friendly...I had to say my order 2 or 3 times to the guy at the register, he didn’t seem to be paying attention to me and had to ask again. I do not recommend this Starbucks at all.

This review is hard because I would like to do a two part review. The baristas are great; however they seemed to be consistently understaffed (management issue). There been too many times that I used mobile ordering and the sign out front says go through the drive through to pick it up. I had 15 minutes to get on a conference call and fortunately when I called the store the barista make an exception and gave me my order.

This Starbucks is frankly one of the worse locations I’ve been to and I go to Starbucks all over the state. Consistently messed up orders as well as poorly made drinks. Frappes come half liquid half slush etc.
