This was the worst and most unprofessional experience I've ever had in my life. I received numerous requests for followup documentation. Sent about 5 emails requesting assistance and never heard back. Lost roughtly $200 as a result. This firm used to be good and now it's absolute gargage. DO NOT HIRE KAREN PARSHLEY!!!!!

They made an error with my taxes, I waited 4 months for a return only to be told there was an error. I called the office, left messages, no one ever got back to me. So unprofessional. DO NOT GO HERE!!
