Came out on Friday to make a replacement key for my Honda, cut the key wrong, and then said they couldn't come back out to fix it. I had to leave my car at work and get a ride home (40 miles away). They said they could come back around 2pm on Saturday and didn't show up until around 7pm. I had to pick my car up on Easter Sunday! Huge inconvenience to me and my family as well as $300 down the drain.

Ben was awesome! He was punctual and very knowledgeable on the issues that were associated with the door locking mechanism that was giving me problems. I highly recommend using him for your locksmith needs.
