I can't condemn scooters because they didn't do it but I have to tell you the lady at the front counter here at the hospital that wouldn't let me in there wanted my name address, shoe size and all kinds of other information and then refuse to let me come in to get a coffee from the Scooters location inside the hospital.nnThe unfortunate part is the drive-thru Scooters location closed recently and there are no other ones open except in three hospitals in Fort Myers area what would you have us to do so someone from scooters needs to talk to this office manager here at the hospital at this location and tell them please allow my customers to come in

I love Scooters carmelicious. I always support them no matter what state I am in. I tried to visit this location. The hospital would NOT let me in since I was not visiting a patient. I was very disappointed as the stand alone drive through is no longer there. Please find a location the general public can use.

I sure do miss Chocolattes. Scooters prices are considerably higher. I purchased on of their tumblers over the summer. Considering the prices of the coffee I asked the barista if there was an incentive to purchasing a tumbler and was told yes, there would be a 10% discount. So here we are today, I went and ordered my usual drink and when given the total I inquired about the 10% discount. I was told there isn’t a discount. However all of the baristas have been giving me the discount. I thought to myself I bought your tumbler, the cost of the drinks is higher....so what’s the incentive to purchasing one of their tumblers? Most other coffee shops offer a discount. I not only use this cup while I am working, but also when I am out and about so they are basically getting FREE advertising. Well, looks like this tumbler won’t be used very often except for when I am home...even then maybe not.
