This Starbucks is always extremely busy and the baristas are usually pretty nice. My reason for 3 stars is a corporate problem. I understand selling out of several items during the storm but after sitting in line for 30-40 yesterday to find out they were out of the item I wanted I wasn't very happy. They need to figure out a way to inform you before you get to order window.
Bad attitude! The barista was rude and had bad attitude! It was impossible to hear her calling my name w her mask on and my coffee was sitting there and I didn’t know. People kept touching my coffee cup to check if it’s theirs. I was just asking for another cup to put outside of my cup. She ignored me first and as I kept standing there she gave me a spare cup! What is that?
I don’t think people are understanding that this is the only standing Starbucks in the area so it’s bound to always be busy (which it is) therefore wait times are higher. The Baristas do their best to get drinks and food out as fast as they can even when the customers are being extremely rude. Go to the one in target if you’re in a rush.
I love going there they are always so nice and they always have my favorite frappe.
This Starbucks is literally the worst. They consistently never have anything I want to order. And when they do? It’s poorly made. New management and training is desperately needed. So over Starbucks after my experiences at this store.
