Starbucks is an amazing franchise with the best employees. This location constantly has long wait times. The employees are clearly competent, hard working individuals. Your business model does not work for this location. Hire more people, or change it up.nIt will take you 3 minutes to place your order and pay. It will take you at least 15 minutes to get what you paid for.

this location is actually garbage. not only do they never have anything in stock but whenever it is it tastes like absolute dirt. idk if it is the manager or what but the staff needs to be trained on listening better. i shouldn’t have to ask for things like 3 times at the window

This Starbucks provides excellent service even when there was a line the wait wasn't very long. We didn't go inside, mainly ordered from the drive-thru. The staff were super courteous and well organized. This was our stop morning and night.

This Starbucks location is great on the weekends due to not being as busy in the morning as during the rush hour traffic, but when it’s busy you’ll be waiting in the drive-thru for more than 20 minutes. As far as quality I would say the way the drinks are made is not on par with the Starbucks at Fowler and colonial but it’s not bad if you’re ever in a hurry.

I want to leave a great review, but this location is consistently out of caramel, strawberry lemonade, and tons of other drinks. The drive-thru takes about 30 minutes, on average, in the afternoon. There’s no point in ordering ahead, as your drink will be garbage long before you get to the window. They’re all super nice here, but something needs to change so they can keep up with demand the way other locations do.
