Dr yakubu

Both of my children have been seeing Dr. Yakabu since they have been in this world. They are in their teens now. I will not and would not change their doctor. I am in the medical field and that should say a lot. If she is teaching up coming doctor, That should tell you a lot. She is a blessing that God have sent!

Use to be a great doctor now I think she is biting off more then she can chew. Every visit is the same, check my kids ears mouth and listen to their hearts and done. Doesn’t really listen to my concerns as a parent. Came in when my daughter was sick was told it wasn’t nothing major. Later took her to the hospital and they did an X ray and she had pneumonia. Thank God I seeked a second opinion. Office staff at the front desk is always all over the place. They barely answer the phones and when they do they are always busy and want you to call back or can’t give you the correct information. Very disoriented almost always. They always over book patients if not at the same time and I can’t understand why when the office is tiny. Patients are always standing or we have to hang outside because their is no where to sit. I live down the street and recently had to switch my kids to a doctor cross town. Not only because of the environment but because I need a doctor who is going to listen when I speak and properly treat my kids so that they stay healthy.

I love the Doctor, but the staff is horrible very unprofessional and rude. Sorry to sound like I'm being racist, but when she had African American staff her office was ran perfectly. Now that the staff is all Hispanic the services has been poor and very slow. You can make an appointment at 8:00 and not get seen until nine and not leave until 10:30 it's horrible. To reiterate great Doctor; horrible staff....

The Dr. is an extremely caring and professional ❣ufe0f. I've been taking my granddaughters there since birth. 13 1/2 years.
