First off I must say I visit Starbucks a the minimum of 3days a week and these last two week has been horrible at this location. My drink has been made wrong and out of items. I didn’t go for 2 days being the fact that online it said they were out of my drink but the 3rd day I just stopped in and ask if they had it and of course they did. I then told them to please fix it for the online order. Fast forward to a week later and it still isn’t fixed. I have asked at least 5 employees that this location and they keep brushing me off. I know I come in super early but they don’t seem happy to be at work. There is one lady that is normally there and she is super nice and very friendly I wanna say her name is kia or something like that. But when she’s not there the vibe is super off. Ok I’m done venting for the day I just really want them to fix these problems and be happy to be there.

Did a quick online order and picked it up. Fast service. My coffee was real good and staff was friendly.

Service was good. The establishment was clean. The drive thru appeared to be moving efficiently. Prices, as always, a little high for what you get.

The service here is amazing, and the employees are always nice but during rush hours the lot fills up and the drive thru line can flow out into the street. I tend to keep driving if I see the parking lot has lots of cars because it gets hectic. Not fault of the store or employees, they just need a better space around the building.

I have never had bad service here! Every worker is exceptional and so unbelievably kind. I go here at least 3 times a week and not only is my drink made well every time, the baristas are always in a positive upbeat mood despite being busy, short-staffed, or experiencing shortages in supplies. It is hands down my favorite starbucks and the only one i’ll go to.
