They had plenty of health precautions in place, kiosks that made ordering very easy (especially for people visiting for the first time), and a great variety of different teas/ flavors to indulge in. I had a split cup of strawberry rose and cookies and cream. The cookies and cream shouldn't have worked as a tea, but it did and I will definitely be ordering that again. I also had an espresso macaroon for two dollars which I found to be fairly priced and very palatable.

I LOVE this spot. Inviting atmosphere, always beautifully decorated, the drinks and snacks NEVER leave me disappointed. Staff is friendly and helpful!! I often have annoying questions when I go at non peak times like “what do you think of this flavor combo?”, “can I get this with this thing instead of that?” They have always answered my questions with a smile and been kind. I use to go here almost every weekend and cannot recommend it more. High quality products. If you’re on the fence let this be the little nudge to check it out!!

They are very kind. I made a mistake on my order and they happily fixed it. I'm very happy with the customer service there! I got a Honey dew milk tea with strawberry poppers. It was delicious.

I like the selection of flavors and the mochi ice cream. I usually get the Taro Milk Tea. My boyfriend has insisted the Mocha Latte Frappes are better here than at Starbucks. It also came in the cutest cup. You can also get the cutest masks here.

BOBACUP is hands-down the best milk tea joint I’ve ever been to. They’re always courteous and make sure you get exactly what you want...and not to mention that plenty of the local “car guys” are welcomed to meet here, order drinks and talk shop outside!nnAs a Tampa native, born and raised, I can’t think of another place I’d rather go for a tasty Asian beverage :)nnDon’t listen to some Karen that’s review-bombing just because they got their feathers ruffled (or who haven’t even been to the shop!) - BOBACUP welcomes people of all backgrounds and walks of life.nn5-star business and 5-star service!!
