Its 24/7 but its never open after 12a.m
It's McDonald's.
I tried the Travis Scott meal with a caramel sundae.
The guy who took our order was not listening or giving us his full attention. We had to repeat ourselves numerous times. When we get to the first window, we pay and ask for a receipt and the guy still forgot to add an item to our order. (Now I know for future reference with this McDonald’s, I have to ask the cashier at the window if they can repeat my order.) We proceed to the second window and ask the lady if she can add the drink he forgot and she said no to go around again and order it which we were not going to do because he’s the one that was not paying attention nor listening. She gave us attitude and then told us to park and wait. About 8 minutes pass and she hands us our order and leaves. When I check the bag, there was no BBQ sauce. What is the point in asking what kind of sauce we want if it’s not going to be provided to us??? I also had to go inside myself and get the drink they forgot. I understand there’s a timer, but this could have all been avoided had they been listening and been attentive to their customers.
2 out of 4 times they will miss giving you something in your order and then you have to drive back there and get it. Very Frustrating as I don't understand why they can't check your order before you leave. Such a simple thing to do and would keep customers happy.
