I like the place, food and atmosphere. I don't like the new guys in the counter tho. They are kinda cold and I need to repeat my order several times on the phone. I really missed the girl you used to have working there. She always so friendly and kind. She even remember my boyfriend and I frequently buy menu. Just improve customer service a little bit and it will be great as it used to be.

I really like The Quickly Boba Cafe. They have some of the best boba. Some resteraunts the boba is too squishy, maybe it's not so fresh, but this place is always very consistent. They are friendly, quick and have the best flavors. This is my favorite boba place.

Quickly has great staff and services, plus the reward card is a nice bonus.nnThey have a lot of flavors so if you're willing to experiment, this is a great place. Both my brother and my current favorite is The Taaaco, my sister loves Sangria slush.

A star for the guy taking orders and a star for the great drink, but jesus how nice do I have to be to be treated the same, and not have my freaking drink slammed on the counter?nThe Drinks and food are fantastic, many options to choose from and always trying something new. The service needs to be better though. Every time we go, the ladies seem to usually give off an attitude. Have a question about the menu? Get a barely audible response with attitude. Want to take your time to see the menu to choose from a long list of options, while stepping to the side to allow other patrons to order? Annoyed look and attitude will be given. The ONLY time I do not have a bad experience is when the Guy takes my order. Always nice and chill, buy him a beer if could. I come here a lot and the customer service is what making me look at other options.

I used to love this location but the staff recently has had poor customer service. I hate to be a Karen right now but here it goes. Consistent attitude with a particular female employee who would not tell me when the manager comes in or how I could contact them after what would be my third bad experience recently which is why I’m even on here. I tip anyways because maybe it’s been a bad day but she’s still rude and off putting every time. I had to wait for an employee to be done eating to order which needing a break and food is understandable but there should be someone taking orders during business hours. I also noticed the employees are not making an effort to sanitize tables in between various guests and we had to request the table be wiped because all the available tables were visibly used and dirty.
