Bright Beginnings Preschool

My daughter started at this school in 2015, then it was great. Her newborn teachers were amazing and so was the director. Someone was always answering the phone to ensure parents minds were at ease while their child was there. Now, the director has a terrible attitude and appears to “hate” her job anytime I’ve ever spoke with her in person or on the phone (from a returned call after I left a message). The financial person who sits in front of the glass doors is the same way. It’s an inconvenience to answer the locked door let alone answer the phone. Payments aren’t cashed weekly as they request. Sometimes multiple weeks are cashed at the same time. Everyone always passes the buck and blames “rules” on DCF. They use DCF as their crutch and I’m over it. Teachers aren’t “instructed” to answer the phones as they have children to watch....it’s all a crock. And I’m saddened that the school I once loved for my child is now the biggest mistake I’ve made to keep her there as long as we have.

Love this school! Great staff! My experience has been and continuing to be wonderful. Highly recommend.
