Crystal River Middle School

Honestly I love this school. I am a student here for 6th grade 2020- 2021 school year. The teachers are really good at doing their job.I have had some struggles. But, they do what ever they can to help you understand and catch up on work you missed or if you were there they will help you when you need the help. When it comes to a test though, they can’t help you out. The school is filled with some of the best people I have ever met. I recommend that you send your child to go to school here.

Very pleased with the way CRMS is handling checking out a student since COVID. You simply go to the office door and ring the bell. You are greeted with a smile within seconds of your arrival from a faculty member and you wait in your car for your student to be sent out. Thanks again to all the teachers and staff at Crystal River Middle School for keeping our kids safe during these scary and uncertain times.

(Pandemic review)nA good learning environment even with the pandemic going on. iPads make it where you don’t have to physically touch paper copies where you could get germs. Teachers have masks and other materials ready so you don’t spread OR get COVID.nnTeachers are also a gamble, you get either really good or a meh teacher. I have yet to met a bad teacher as of now, as all of them are willing to personally help you, as of giving you suggested practice or just reviewing you a lesson you might have missed, they also help during lunch.nnSpeaking of lunch, I highly disapprove of it. They stuff 100-150 kids in a lunchroom where you have long lines to get your adequate food. But the problem is now when they eat all the kids have their masks off meaning germs are going to spread.nnA lot of problems are in CRMS but most of them are minor, I am missing a lot of things like clubs but I will now stop as I am in the middle of a lesson.nnTl;dr: CRMS is meh

This is a very good school if you like curriculum activities, They have good teachers and Good students, Clean school. I’m a 6th grader for the 2020-2021 school year and this is the best school yet, Parents you should put your child in this school.

The school is terrible with communication and the water is locked up in the gym and if you get a water from one of the teachers they charge the kids ud83dude44 also if you swap from virtual to brick and mortar the attendance is all screwed up she keeps being marked absent and no they don't follow the iep!
