So the drive thru contactless option needs serious work. No one except the manager knew that this was an option! I was in the drive thru picking up an order as the emails indicated I do and ended up having to go inside anyways. Don’t even offer this if no one knows what’s going on!
I understand we’re all going through rough times right now, but the pharmaceutical assistant by the name of Desirae was one of the rudest staff members I’ve ever spoken to. If people are in need of a prescription and it hasn’t been refilled, shouldn’t that be important to her? Being in the medical field means having respect and empathy for people regardless of the situation, which makes me question why she’s working in any form of healthcare.
Never have I had a problem with this location or pharmacy. All is great. Have a problem talk to the manager and she will get it resolved.

Pharmacy is worthless. Cannot get prescription in that is needed. Tried to have it put on auto refill several times. They can’t even get that right. Call in prescription 3-4 days early, still do not have it. Will never use this pharmacy again. Bad, bad, bad.
