I needed locks changed on two doors. I phoned 911 Lock and Keys LLC. They were offering a special discount today & the price was $40.00 less than their competitors. The technician arrived within 20 minutes of my call & performed the work perfectly and provided four new keys & lubed both locks. I have also purchased several items in their retail store, including several remote gate openers. The employee was very knowledgeable & helpful. I couldn't be happier.
I was looking for a reliable locksmith, and after talking to a few companies, I really felt comfortable with 911 Lock and Keys LLC. The lady who answered the phone was very pleasant and scheduled my job, they came over and changed all my locks. The technician which arrived was very knowledgeable and honest. Zach was very responsive and gave me solutions before even coming by. He had the best value for what I was looking for. He worked very quickly and with care of property. He also assisted in giving my vehicle a jump start. I would recommend his services!!!!
Had this company out in May to work on my lock. The key portion worked fine but, finger key entry did not. I got busy and did not call back within the 90 day warranty. I called today, Zach came out and did a wonderful job. He came quickly and I hope everything works out well.
Zach is just awesome. He's replaced old locks and rekeyed others. He was fast, on time, left a clean area and handled all the twists and turns of an old house without batting an eye.
