I can't believe pic quik fired my favorite employee. Cheyenne was the nicest person that I had know to work for this store. I'll probably be going to other stores from now on. Her friendly service was mainly the reason I'd go in. She was super friendly and always willing to help customers. It's sad that employers won't take care or recognize good employees but will keep employees that give attitude or make the environment hostile.
Oh these clerks are always always friendly and helpful. I stop here 3 to 4x/wk☺
order 2 burritos inside of store sausage was not real sausage was almost raw pork witch is a hazard i threw up taking a first bite out of it. i called the store i wanted a credit when bringing back the burrito, the manager from picquick said that's not her ownership but they process their credit card for payment of the burritos? after teh phone call i walked back up in there and had to demand for a dam refund unactable. NOTE TO STORE DON'T SERVE SAUSAGE THAT ISN'T REAL OR FULLY COOKED.. ALSO TELL HECTOR TO STOP CALLING WOMAN (MAMA SITA) WITCH IS VERY INAPPROPRIATE

Went in to order three burritos and the order was completely wrong. Was given cheese when there is no way we would have ordered that since we are allergic. None of the burritos were labeled so we had to open them all up to find they were wrong anyway. When we went back to address that the order was wrong the cook refused to make a new one because she said we ordered it wrong and there was nothing she could do about it. Meanwhile she was talking on her cell phone while making the orders.
