This store is the absolute worst. NEVER gets ANYTHING right, they never answer the phone and if they do the general manager/owner NEVER returns your call. How hard is it to make a sandwich correctly, I mean really how hard is it?
Very quick and food was good and warm. But McDonald's Davie blvd charged me for what I ordered but didn't give me all my food. I called them 3 xs to no avail. Left 3 messages on voicemail with receipt # and time of order. Still haven't called me.
This location is super disappointing. The staff was friendly in the drive through however all my food was cold. I was asked to pull forward and wait which typically indicates food is being cooked. Nothing was hot. The fries where cold and the nuggets hard or old. I left a customer service feedback note with no way to be called back. I tried to call the store twice with no answer and no way to leave a message.nnI hope the owner of this location contacts me as im really disappointed in my experience.
