Palm Bay Academy Charter School

Great school! It's a charter school so they are able to go above and beyond for students. Teachers often offer tutoring after school which doesn't happen at regular schools. The teachers want to see their students achieve, so they go the extra mile.

I am unfortunate enough to be a student at Palm bay academy and i can confidently say that it is a terrible school. the students there are rude and disrespectful, with no consideration for their classmates and their teachers. students are being bullied, girls are being sexually assaulted, and a slap on the wrist is the only punishment. As for the food, its not uncommon to find plastic, tinfoil, and even hair, in the meals (which are not filling)they serve at palm bay academy. sometimes the chicken they serve is under cooked. in addition, the resources at this school are dwindling, and Palm bay academy doesn't have enough money to restock. The library, is literally, crawling with roaches, and the bathrooms are decorated with profane graphite, and the uniform policy displays sexism in its darkest form. Two teachers have left this school in the middle of a semester and I cannot blame them. Parents claim that ever since they sent their kids to palm bay academy, their academic grades have been getting lower and lower. don't make the same mistake they did. SEND YOUR KIDS SOMEWHERE ELSE!

Love the staff. Amazing people who actually CARE about the kids and learning. Would recommend to anyone

i went to this school and they were amazing but know im in high school so i go to heritage so yeah.

My daughter attended from 6-8th grade. The teachers go over and beyond for students to be successful. There are many opportunities and clubs for students to participate in and to get involved beyond the classroom. All parents are encouraged to be involved and there are many events for the entire family to take advantage of. PBA rocks!!
