We had the BEST customer service at this Starbucks last week! I wish I got her name. Such a happy, pleasant, joyful young woman! She is a definite asset to this business and I have no doubt she will do amazing things with her great attitude and outlook.
Placed order online. Went to pick up my order and ended up waiting in the drive thru lane for about 45 minutes, if not more. Once I got my order it was great. Just the waiting part sucked, which I know is not their fault. They don't know who is going to pull in when. That part did suck though
There was an issue and the manager, Amanda, went out of her way to make it right. She did it with a smile and a calm demeanor. Unfortunately, this is rare these says. I appreciate her professionalism! ud83dudc95
Not only was it some of the slowest service I've received.. it was not busy. The guy at the window was very rude. Coffee was great, but I think you need to keep tighter reigns on your employees.
Great Starbucks! Drive thru order went really quick. Everything was right and tasty.
